Unless I can call the right number, say the right words, be there at the right time, and pay the correct amount. Plenty of empty water jugs, and fast friendly efficient service. Someone told me city life is easy - compared to country life. One day I might live in the country, but life is challenging enough without worrying about these basic necessities.
